Nicole Howell
Nicole Howell, MSW, LCSW, is a relational psychotherapist who combines traditional and expressive arts therapies in her work with women, children, and teenagers. Nicole uses her knowledge and experience as a trauma therapist to assist survivors of childhood sexual abuse and sexual assault in exploring the ways trauma impacts one's development, adjustment, and relationships with others. She also specializes in the areas of eating disorders, body image, anxiety, and depression. She believes that healing occurs when an individual is able to give voice to her experiences and reclaim a satisfying life with self and others. Nicole is also committed to continued training for professionals and is available for consultation or clinical supervision.
